Mount Kilimanjaro

I'm not sure how many of you know but my cousin and uncle went to Africa last week for 2 weeks. While their they will be doing all kinds of crazy things. Today we got word that Jeremy, Brad and their friends made it to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro. They were at the summit for about 30 minutes and LOVED it - the temperature was well below freezing and VERY thin oxygen but they DID IT!!!! They will take about 2-3 days to get back down.
Just in case you can't remember those fun facts from school...
Mt. Kilimanjaro is in Tanzania Africa and the top (summit) is about 20,000 - this is the highest point in Africa. Pretty Cool!!! I'm sure I will post a few pics of the trip when they get home.

Mark

Pray for Mark they just put him on a 96 hour notice. This means he has to pack tonight and from now on they could call them out at anytime. As of now they don't know how long he would be gone if they did leave. Pray that things around the world calm down!!! I'm all for helping other people but the U.S. TROOPS CAN NOT POLICE THE WORLD!!!!

Seriously...

Tim, Faith and my aunt Kay all in one weekend...SERIOUSLY.... That would be way too much for me to handle but I did it!!! My weekend was the best ever!!! Wednesday about 1:30 I looked up to say hello to what I thought was my next patient but to my surprise it was my aunt Kay who I have not seen in 2 long years. She was here on a lay over on her way home to Florida. She was only going to be here a few hours but that turned into 3 days of FUN!!!! We had a great time spending time together and talking about old times. While she was here she got a complete make-over!!! She had her hair colored and cut a pedicure and manicure and new make-up and out fit. Kay you look great and I can't way to see you again!

Saturday, Willie took me to see Tim and Faith at the Toyota Center. Faith looked great as always and man she can sing!! But my eyes were on her sexy hubby TIM!!!! He is so so FINE!!!! He moved all over the stage and my eyes moved with him!! They put on a great show and the stage was so cool. I will post pictures tonight after I get home. Like I said Tim and Faith were great but as for my opinion on the Toyota Center....HOT! We walked in at about 7:20 for an 8:00 concert but the show did not start until 8:30 which is fine except for the fact that at 9:20 I was still sweating like a pig!! It was so hot at one point I told Willie we could leave. It was like they turned the air on about 30 minutes before they opened the doors. Then on top of all that they only had 4 TV screens on in the whole building!!! When we walked in I told Willie how cool it was that they had screens by the drink stands that way when I got up to get a beer or go to the bathroom I would not miss a thing but none of those screens were ever on. Well, I will stop talking about the Toyota Center but as for me it was not a place I want to see again for a while. All in all Willie and I had a wonderful time out. Thanks, Will

Thursday

Hello All!! Sorry I have not been posting but I have not been at work. Hope you all had a great weekend and 4 of July, I know I did. Sunday Willie and I had friends over for a pool party just for fun. Yes, it did rain but we were in the pool having fun in the rain!!!! I don't have much time to blog today because I'm the only one in the front because Debbie is out of town. I hope you all have a great weedend. Wedding Bells Ring for Cassy and Jason this Saturday so Willie and I will be busy helping them. I'm so glad the day is here!!! I will post picturs Monday!!!

Hump Day

This week I have been so sleepy I don't know what is wrong with me. I guess I should be happy I took Thursday off to help Cassy. Since I don't come back to work until next Wednesday I should have time to rest up for next weeks 2 working days. I will not be at work so I may not post everyday not that I do even when I'm working but I hope you all have a great 4th of July weekend. I think we are going to hang out around the pool and BBQ so if your not doing anything please give us a call. Oh yah and I need to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Keli Jo it was Monday hope you had a great birthday!!!

#1 Husband

I want the world to know that I have the BEST HUSBAND IN THE WORLD!!! Before Willie went to work today he gave me a Big Surprise....Tim McGraw and Faith Hill tickets for the Soul 2 Soul tour!!!!!!! I can't tell you how happy I am. This is one of the best things he could do for me. Most of you know I'm not to high maintenance but the few things I do love he always makes sure I have or get. I can't wait for July 22, 2006!!!! Thanks Willie I Love You!!! oxoxoxoxox

The Weekend Is Here

This week was only 3 days but man I'm glad it's over because we did not work on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday were total CRAZY. I spent all day today doing paper work. I rather have tons of patients then have to do paper work all day. Well hope you all have a great weekend I'm off to watch Oprah.

Monday

O.K. the rain has stopped but we are not going it today. You think I would be happy but I'm the one that has to stay and answer the phones. I transferred the phones from the office to the house and I have the schedule so I am confirming and rescheduling for the rest of the week. I must say working from home is not bad I would love to do this everyday. The sun has just started to shine to bad the pool is full of rain water because I would love to be in the pool! Hope you all have a easy safe drive home from work.

What A Monday

Hope you all made it to work ok. We did try to go but had to turn back because we could not make it to the HOV. Now we have been waiting to see if the rain will stop. The news said we will get a break soon but now the problem is the traffic. Well I will be here watching the news.

Hump Day

I know it’s only Wednesday but man it feels like a Thursday for me. Work was crazy this morning but is calm now so obviously I’m ready to go home. After work today I told my mom I would go to her house and wait on the man to fix the microwave. I hope he does not take to long I want to get home. Willie said we are going to watch his bosses sons baseball game around 6:30pm. I sure hope it’s cooled down a bet outside by that time or ya’ll know I will not be happy. Well nothing new going on here Willie and I are just hanging out. Oh, Thanks for the Great dinner last night Willie. Love YA

The Time Has Come To Say Good-Bye

All good things must come to an end. Kathleen and Tori have been in town for almost 3 weeks but it feels like 3 days. It has been great having the whole family together, I am so lucky to have such a wonderful family. As we say good bye again to Kat and Tori it really makes me think about all the great times we have had while they have been in town. Tori is growing like a weed and everyday she does something new. We will miss you both and we can't wait until all 3 of you move home to Texas!!!

I'm Back

Hello guy's, sorry I have been BUSY!!!! I know I have not been keeping everyone up to date on me or what is going on because everything is going on. This last week we had family in town for Bobby's Graduation and also because Kathleen, Mark and Tori were in town. We have had more family time this past week then we have had in the past year. Talk about fun, between the graduation and dinner and the pool party's life is good. When we are all together we have so much fun and we laugh so much it is great. I will have pictures put on my shutterfly site soon, I will keep you all up to date. I will have more time this week to post because Helen will be back to work. She was gone last week because she was sick. Hope everyone has a great week!
