Great running 5 minutes late and walk out to ice on my windshield. I hope today gets better.

Green Beans

I love these two pics. The first is what I woke up to this morning. Daddy and Jordan fell back asleep after his 4:30am feeding. The 2nd is a pic I took tonight of Jordan after he had his first meal of green beans. He ate almost the whole thing before passing out. I can't believe my baby boy is eating baby food.

Weekend pics

This weekend was our first big night out with our friends since Jordan was born. We did the usual dinner and concert at this little bar we all like. While we were out Jordan got to spend the night with grandma. Here are a few of my favorite pics.

This is Jordan in his bounce for the first time. After playing with him all morning I hated having to bring home to moms to watch for the night. 

Aunt Kathleen cut his nails while she was there. Mommy just hates doing that.

What a happy baby!! Jordan just loves playing with Tori Lynn. 

Rice=Sleep

Who ever said rice cereal makes your child sleep through the night has not met Jordan. I total thought once we started feeding him rice cereal in the morning and at night he would sleep more than 6 hours. I thought WRONG!!!!! He is so gassy. Before Sunday I had never hear him cry more then 4 minutes then Sunday night I only got 4 hours of sleep TOTAL!!! After I called my sister for a bit of advice he was better last night but he is still only sleeping 6 hours at a time.

Any advice? Please send it my way.

Party Party Party

WoW! Last night was a blast! We pulled off a surprise 45th birthday party for my aunt Tammy. She had NO idea what was going on. The food, DJ and atmosphere we perfect. Oh and the cake was OMG CHOCOLATE!!!!! I will post more pics of the party later.

Gerber Rice Cereal

Today was Jordan's first spoon feeding with Gerber Rice Cereal. When I put him in his boppy seat he did not know what was going on.

He looks like he is thinking, mom what is going on give me my bottle.

My hands taste better than anything else.

Does this face say, Hate it or Love it?

His little tongue did not want anything to do with the spoon or the rice cereal.

4 Months Today

Today my baby boy Jordan turns 4 months. He is getting so big. We have our 4 month check up with Dr Garza at 2:00pm. I can't wait to see what he weights and how long he is.

Winter Blast

I love working downtown except for the winter. Cold is one thing but windy and cold is total different. Having to wait on the bus when the wind is whipping around the tall buildings is almost painful. Just checked the weather and Houston will be in the twenties for the next three nights! The three blocks I have to walk in the morning downtown will be terrible. It's 12 hours away and I can't stop thinking about it. Let's just say hot coffee will be the first thing on my to do list tomorrow. I wonder if I can phone in my Starbucks order tonight?

Little Man

Took this pic of Jordan before we left last night for a party. He will be 4 months on the 14th of this month. I feel like he was born yesterday.

Wednesday

One more day and I'm off for the weekend. I was sick Tuesday with a 24hr bug that was trouble. I feel much better now but I hate having to stay away from Jordan. Tonight we are celebrating Willie's 34th birthday. I remember when he was 20! Old age just has away of sneaking up on you.

Big Boy

Jordan is at grandma's tonight because I'm sick. As you can see he loves playing with his grandma.

Last Day

Today is the last day of my maternity leave and I could not think of a better way to spend it. I love being snuggled up with my baby boy.
