WW Update

I have been working out at least 4 days a week. I have lost 4lb so far as of Sunday. Shannon has been a great workout partner. Big Thanks to her!!! We are still working on Jamie but she is always busy and works long days. Well nothing else going on here but work work work. Hope everyone has a great week.

Well, you lost four and I GAINED four pounds!! I think I needed to. Good luck! We are going to try to start walking in the evenings just to "Get Moving!" It feels better just to get going. =)

Sorry.. I know I am not much help! I really need to get my butt back in shape! I need to loose like 30 pounds! GREAT!
