This Sucks!!! It's almost 1:00am and mom is sound asleep "snoring" and I'm seating here checking out other peoples blogs. I got to the hospital about 10:00am this morning and moms surgery was scheduled for 11:00am. They did not come get her for pre-op until 12:00pm then did not get going with the surgery until about 1:00pm. The surgery lasted about 2 hours then she was in recovery for about 2 1/2 hours. After everyone went home Jamie and I were hungry so we left mom here sleeping and we went and took the rail to Mid Town for dinner. It was my first time on the rail. It was fun just to get out of the hospital for a bit. I really wish I could fall asleep but this place makes me sick. The nurse came in just now and handed me a blanket. I said thanks but I don't think I can use it. I wounder if they really washed it after every person? Hospitals are not my cup of tea. The nurse is very nice she takes her time and always ask if I have any questions. The doctor came in about an hour ago and said she was doing fine. He thinks she should be able to go home tomorrow. I hope so because I can't handle 2 nights up here. Well I don't really have anything else to say so I think I'm going to keep checking out other peoples blogs. I don't think I will sleep tonight but I will try.

I reallt do not like hospitals either....they creep me out....that is so wonderful of you all to be there for her!! I know she is very happy about that!! Hopefully all is well and she makes a speddy recovery and gets her medicine adjusted quickly so she can get to feeling like herself again. I will be thinking and parying for you all. By the way I love the new blog look!!
Mom's surgery went well and I was glad to see she is doing better. I still don't know about that whole metro rail thing, I was a little freaked out... Dinner was the bomb though!! Cabo Wabo Baby!! :-)
